Meditation Posture and Breathing

A few pointers if you’re just getting into meditation:

  • Relax, don’t take it too seriously, and don’t expect too much at first.
  • Meditate for a just few minutes every day until  you get to the point of wanting to meditate longer.
  • Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see immediate results, it can take awhile, but when the magic of meditation takes hold of you, the positive results are well worth it.

Note:  Although the videos show the meditator in the cross-legged position, you can meditate just as easily sitting upright in a comfortable chair with your feet on the floor as long as you observe the other principles on posture and breathing.
